Thanks to Valerie for her continued help and support in maintaining the Timoleague Educational Garden. The Garden continues to provide hands-on learning experiences to children and adults about sustainable gardening practices.
This week Valerie had 6th class over to help setup raised beds. The pupils were split into two groups. One group lined the base with old playground padding from Clonakilty playground. The other group filled a wheelbarrow with lose stone and once the layer of padding was in they filled the raised beds with the stone for drainage.
