4th Class continued their engagement with their Creative Cluster with a visit from Heritage in School’s Geraldine O’Sullivan.
Geraldine has long experience as a craft worker and has taught traditional crafts in many different settings to adults and children alike. Geraldine is part of the Craggaunowen Living Past Project in Co. Clare where she demonstrates spinning, weaving and natural dyeing.
The class spent the day experimenting with weaving, spinning and spindles, creating some lovely pieces. Many thanks to Geraldine for a very informative and creative day.
