We are An Taisce Green School. We have been awarded a Green flag for Litter & Waste, Energy, Water, Travel and Biodiversity. We have a bike and scooter rack installed on the school grounds. It has been wonderful to see so many of our pupils cycling and scooting to school. As a result, we contacted Cork County Council for increased signage in the area - 4 additional cycle signs under the Abbey, on the Courtmacsherry road, on the Barryroe road and on Chapel Hill.
