3rd & 4th class took part in the Build a Bridge challenge and their creations were outstanding!
6th class built hovercrafts using a balloon, card and a CD.
On Tuesday March 5th, we welcomed the development officer from Motorsport Ireland and members of the West Cork Rally Committee to the school to speak about the equipment and safety involved in rallying.
On Wednesday March 6th, we hosted workshops from MSD Brinny. We had the added bonus of welcoming back past pupils, Aidan Harte and Pádraig Butler, to host these workshops on what they do as engineers and carried out some experiments. 1st & 5th class thoroughly enjoyed these workshops.
