We were absolutely delighted to have won Gold in the Muintir na Tíre School Garden Competition on June 22nd in Cork!
Every class works in the school garden –
Junior Infants planting vegetables in the greenhouse
Senior Infants completing the “Learn at School, Grow at Home” project
1st, 2nd & 3rd class planting wildflowers and daffodil bulbs
4th & 5th class preparing the spring and summer window boxes as well as developing beds & planting willow in the Bio Garden
6th class building a pond …..to name just a few!
