We were delighted to learn from LEAF Ireland in conjunction with Green-Schools that our school is one of a hundred lucky schools across the country to receive a free Investigate Woodlands (IW) workshop. The aims of the Investigate Woodlands workshop are to increase the student’s awareness of the many benefits of woodlands and forestry and to provide a broad understanding of how woodlands play a significant role in our lives and future. We will be assigned an Investigate Woodlands facilitator who will liaise with us.
