Motus Learning provided an emotional intelligence workshop to 6th class last Friday November 5th. Motus Learning are an evidence based education provider working alongside UCC. The program was designed by Clinical psychologists and is proven by research to improve emotion regulation, emotional intelligence and well-being. It teaches children about how to understand their minds through cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and neuroscience. It is also full of games and activities so it was a fun day for the children.
