6th class 2019 took part in the ReelLife Science video competition. This competition encouraged participants to create an engaging and educational three minute video communicating a science topic for the general public. 6th class chose the theme “How Things Work - The Power of STEM” and based their video on the Sewerage Scheme. The Managing Directors of Glan Agua and MEIC, the company who is carried out the sewerage scheme, became aware of the video and met with 6th class and Mrs. Gleeson to express how impressed they were with their video and present them with a token to reward their efforts. The Southern Star were featured it in their newspaper.
