Every class is working incredibly hard on all their STEM projects. Every class is compiling evidence towards the Science Foundation Ireland Primary Science and Maths Awards.
4th class, 5th class and 6th class are currently preparing fantastic projects for various Science Fairs. Science projects encourage students to utilise skills they’ve learned in many areas. These skills span many disciplines, including but not limited to reading, critical thinking, writing, maths and computer science. The students also learn how to budget and organize time and resources as they work to complete their project by a deadline. The students will be required to share their final project with judges so they will also get a chance to practice public speaking.
