This week we are celebrating Wellbeing Week in our school. The Amber Flag Committee have been very busy planning a timetable of activities to celebrate the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing. Pupils will partake in many activities including a gratitude nature walk, relax & breathing exercises, mindfulness colouring, completing a gratitude journal, kindness bingo and ‘dear’ (drop everything and relax). Wellbeing week will culminate with an “Odd sock Fundraiser Day” for Pieta. House on April 19th. Pupils will be encouraged to wear odd socks to school to celebrate uniqueness and difference. They can bring in a small donation for this great charity if they wish to do so.
